Bottomless Brunch Party Boat Cruise On The Thames

Boarding begins at least 15 minutes before the departure time shown on your ticket. The cruise runs to a very strict timetable and unfortunately we cannot wait for any late arrivals. It is your responsibility to arrive at the pier in plenty of time for your cruise to avoid disappointment. Please be advised that once the boat departs, it cannot return to the pier to collect passengers, and refunds will not be offered in such circumstances.

Dietary Requirements
We do not guarantee that products are free from nuts or traces of nuts. For any special dietary requirements please email sales@londonpartyboats.co.uk. All requests must be received at least 72 hours before your departure date.

Bottomless Prosecco is time-limited to 1.5 hours and times cannot be extended. Your drink will be replaced once it has been finished. Drinking to excess will not be permitted and participants are required to drink responsibly at all times. Management reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time and without prior notice and reserve the right to refuse serving alcohol to any participant at any time without notice. Alcohol is served to over 18s only and proof of ID may be required.

Reserved tables seat a maximum of 8 people per table.
If you make a reservation for more than 8 people you will be split across 2 tables.
If you make a reservation for 2-4 people you may be sharing your table with another group.

Our dress code is smart casual (jeans are fine).

The management reserve the right to refuse admission.

We operate a strict over 18's policy. Valid proof of identification is essential for EVERY customer. No identification will result in refusal of admission. A valid Passport or Driving License (full or provisional) is the only accepted form of ID.

Please note no food or drinks can be brought onboard.

All bars onboard accept both cash and card.

The Cruise operates regardless of the weather unless in conditions of poor visibility. The Captain will make the decision on the day if the cruise will not operate. You will be informed of your options on the day if this affects you. Our vessels are closed in so you will not be affected by wind, snow or rain.

All bookings are subject to vessel transfers and/or operational changes. We reserve the right to substitute another Boat and, if necessary, for reasons beyond our reasonable control, to cancel or amend the booking in any way, but we will not in such circumstances be liable for any loss, damages or other expenses whatsoever incurred by you due to such substitution, or cancellation or amendment.

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight WFL Media Ltd and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
